Is there comprehensive documentation about the AMP solution support in public cloud providers? From where I could find one?

There are no specific integrations between amp4endpoints and public cloud solutions like azure/aws/gcp. AMP is available on a variety of operating systems (android, ios, windows, linux, mac) and can be used for client and server systems. There are some integration in SaaS solutions like splunk.
