Cisco XDR: Server Machines(2019, 2022) showing as Windows 10.

Anyone else experiencing this issue in the subject. I tried a reinstall but it still shows up as the same. Help if possible.

If you're looking in Assets/Devices (aka DI for Device Insights), it depends upon who reported it last.
Orbital reports it as Windows 10
Cisco Vuln Management (not sure if from Secure Endpoint or Tenable data) is reporting full server description.
Secure Endpoint has the full version as well, but I'm not sure if DI pulls that out or not.

Is there a way to refresh it so that it pulls the correct information

From a technical point of view it is correct, different apps just don't pull the same data. 

In DI, click on the Sources circle graph on the left end of graphs at the top. Some of the sources you can sync and set a schedule so the ones displaying data the way to want run last.

The biggest problem is that Orbital is the problem and it isn't scheduled. There's a webhook that fires when something else updates (I suspect Secure Endpoint...) I will poke some people and see if I can find out.
