Hi,
We are using Cisco for Endpoint (former AMP) on all our windows clients and server and would like to use the feature called "Kenna Risk score" but on all client it says that windows 10 i required, we are using windows 10, win 11, win 2019 server etc. but its the same status, see the picture. Does anyone knows how to solve this?

I would try contact KENNA support directly and let them specified what is currently supported:

https://www.kennasecurity.com/services-and-support/

Something that I was able to research this past weekend that might put some more light on this.

List of supported Builds that i was able to find however it might changed or got updated.  BTW: I have one endpoint on Built 19045 in my lab and getting same "non supported" results:

Windows 10 Version 20H2 Build 10240
Windows 10 Version 1511 Build 10586
Windows 10 Version 1607 Build 14393
Windows 10 Version 1703 Build 15063
Windows 10 Version 1709 Build 16299
Windows 10 Version 1803 Build 17134
Windows 10 Version 1809 Build 17763
Windows 10 Version 1903 Build 18362
Windows 10 Version 1909 Build 18363
Windows 10 Version 2004 Build 19041
Windows 10 Version 20H2 Build 19042
Windows 10 Version 21H1 Build 19043
Windows 10 Version 21H2 Build 19044
Windows 11 Version 21H2 Build 22000

Please note:

Windows 10 Built 19045 not on the list - NOT Supported

Windows 11 Built 22000.1219 not on the list - NOT Supported

For Windows 11 it seems that early release Build 22000.194 through 978 is supported and based on more research it seem that anything from that list above up until Build 22000.1042 is consider as early release and it should be supported as all those are "only" security builds while 1042 is major built.

Note this section in 1042 under Improvements:

This non-security update includes quality improvements. Key changes include:

VS others that start…

This security update includes improvements

The connector on IoT Enterprise and Servers as of right now officially does not support Kenna Risk Score

Hope this was informative
