not sure we understand the question correctly here, please explain more.

does the manythings based on the identity, can configure the port to different access levels and zones

Although it might work, but I don't think using the port security feature on a dot1x/MAB port would be recommended. With both dot1x and MAB you can customize your policies to allow the level of accesses you need. Wherever the connected device will be the match policy would be applied. If possible, I would use dot1x over MAB as MAB is just a very weak method to allow accesses to the network, the main downside of it is that it can be easily spoofed.
