You should start by reviewing the Cisco collateral material found here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/solutions/security/ransomware-defense/index.html#~stickynav=2

After reading through that, you can post more focused questions if you have any.

Thank for reply.but i read this material. here there are more information.if anybody has information about my questions write here plz

for protect your data somebody do you use  Acronis Secure Zone feature?

I've never heard of the Arconis product before.

This is a Cisco forum and we mostly focus on Cisco products here, primarily in the networking side of things as opposed to host/server-based tools. (Cisco AMP for Endpoints being an exception to that.)

Dear,

in case that you want protect your endpoints against ransomware Cisco can offer you AMP + Umbrella.

These could help you to avoid new attack at your endpoints but for sure it's not enough. You need to consider many aspects: firewall, mail control, endpoints..

There's a lot of info on the page, so please make sure to follow the link to the design guide there (copied below for your convenience). Just like AndreaTornaghi already said, AMP and Umbrella are important defense tools. A good backup strategy is also extremely important.
