Hello,

I can't add more Logical Devices, what do you think is the issue?

Is there a limit per license, how can I check that?

another question where do we set the this ip address? it's the chassis manager(Gui) interface address

Only on the 9300 series can one run multiple logical devices (if you have multiple Security Modules). The 4100 series only support a single logical device as a given time.

Changing the management address used by the chassis itself is done from the cli. See the following:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/fxos/fxos271/web-guide/b_GUI_FXOS_ConfigGuide_271/system_administration.html#task_2B7132B9D50D43A1B3BA0C585A36FD6A

While you can technically do it via ssh, I would recommend using the console port for this particular change.
