Firepower recommendations wont deploy to devices

I have generated the Firepower recommendations but when I attempt to push them out to the devices, it stays in a state of initializing then just quits after about 30 minutes. has anyone else had this experience. I have never had this happen in previous versions. Any and all insight is appreciated.

It doesn't look like a known issue. You should probably open a TAC case if not already done to check the problem.
