FMC integration with ticketing system

i have virtual FMC version 6.2.3 and managing two firepower sensor same version , i am asking if FMC support integration with ticketing system so any security intelligent events or intrusion events occurred it can send request to ticketing system to open incident request ?

Policies --> Access Control --> Access Control --> Security inteligence 

On the far right-hand side click on the Logging options close to the blacklist

There's no direct integration supported.

As @socratesp1980  noted, you can log events externally but that's not the same as opening a ticket.

@Marvin Rhoads  you are right i know how to log external but i need to integrate with 3rd party system so FMC can open ticket on 3rd party system once intelligent log occurred , 

i also need if API integration will help on this ?

FMC does not have this capability to the best of my knowledge - whether or not you use an API level integration.
