FTD migration to FMC

Hi Team,

Is there a procedure to migrate a Firepower system configured using FDM to FMC ?

I have a Firepower 2100 in Production (Perimeter Firewall) and we need to register this device in a new FMC.  When we register the device the system delete all the configuration.  We tried with Backup using FDM but this was not supported in FMC.  

How can we move this device to FMC with its original configuration ?

Hi

There's no such tool. The migration tool is to migrate asa to ftd/fmc.
Never tested that way but if i recall you can import a config using an export or fdm config from lina (system support diagnostic) . Maybe it could work that way.

Or you can you api to export from fdm and import fmc.
