[Help] New local user could not access to the FDM

Hi,

I have created a new local user on ASA 5508-X FTD from cli, i could ssh to the device but i could not access to the FDM. Please see attached file and my FTD version is 6.3.0.

 

I'm newbie with FTD, please help me. Thank you.

As of the current 6.3 release, only the local user "admin" can log into FDM. Any other local users are allowed cli access only.

For other users to log into FDM they must be defined in an external AAA RADIUS server (such as ISE or Microsoft NPS).
