how to block any internal https link of the main https link without enabling SSL Decryption on firepower 9300

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to block internal https link of the main https link but without enabling SSL decryption. 

MAIN HTTPS link: https://docs.google.com 

INTERNAL HTTPS Link: 

Internal HTTPS Link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vSxrF8qKIXX6xC84znxpnFYx8x83IdP8Do8W5ne9kpmFe0An1awZSf5QkNPA_SMiTAesNiciKGR15Gq/pub

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

I don't believe you can block a given full URL (like a given Google doc link) within a domain (like docs.google.com) without first decrypting the SSL traffic for the entire domain.
