I configured Health Monitor alerting for Sensor Down (Application Heartbeat) event.
As you can see, I have configured Threshold timeout of 8 hours, which I believe is, only 1 alert per 8 hours will be generated. This was working fine and we didn't change anything and we started getting alerts every 5 minutes.
