SFR Module on ASA 5515 Communication channel for management interface is not configured

Hi,

i got

Communication channel for management interface is not configured

when i'm trying to add manager on ASA 5515 SFR module:

add manager 192.168.13.46 key123

i got ASA configured on interface Gi0/1.5 to LAN (192.168.13.1/24)

i got ipv4 configured on SFR (192.168.13.6/24)

i got access to VMW FireSight (192.168.13.46/24) from ASA and from SFR module.

also i got

Could not establish a connection with sensor. Make sure the registration keys match, that the software versions are compatible, and that the network is not blocking the connection

when i'm trying to add device under FireSight.

Firesight got License, Firepower got License.

What i'm doing wrong ?

Can you confirm the gateway IP address of the Sourcefire management IP? Did you connect ASA management interface to the network for Sourcefire management?

This happens due to some issue with sftunnel.conf file (mostly corrupted). You can follow instructions mentioned as per following document.

If this does not help, i would suggest to open a TAC case.
