ARP on a PIX 515

I am Connecting to a new Centurylink IA service. My handoff is from an AdTran router. I have a basic config on my firewall with NAT. My speed is very slowbut port interface counters are clean. Provider is insisting they don't see ARP from me. Is there a way I can confirm my firewall is sending ARP upstream?

Do you happen to disable proxy arp on your interface? By default proxy arp is enabled on PIX.

Check out if you have the following:

sysopt noproxyarp outside

The above will disable proxy arp, if you need to enable proxy arp:

no sysopt noproxyarp outside
