Hello Mahesh,
You will need to check the connectivity between this box ( ASA ) and the websense, make sure that the websense is receiving all of the data and is replying back to the ASA.
you can doble check this by creating captures on the ASA ( wheter the websense is replying or not)

Hello Mahesh,
I mean based on what you are telling me looks like the websense is not replying back to the ASA so I will recommend you to start troubleshooting that first.
But right now lets focus on connectivity between you and the websense, make sure you can ping it first and then let me know, so check network layer and data-link layer setup between each other.
Regards

Hi Julio,
I checked websense is working ok and reachable.
Also on one ASA where no websense traffic goes we see in logs url server not responding.
Seems bug to me
Thanks for the help
Mahesh
