ASA 5515-X portchannel & Failover.

Hi I have a question about a design that I will be deploy, and is this:

I have 2 ASA 5515-X in failover and configured with 2 portchannels to a Cisco 6500 switch.

My question is: How this portchannel would be work to the 6500? In the 6500 I need to configure 4 portchannels (2 per ASA) or only 2? Is this scenario possible or not?
