i have a question about ASA 5000 Series more in detail ASA5520 product name.
i have a basic ASA 5520 product.
i'm confused what is right.
ASA 5520? ASA 5520-K8 ? ASA 5520-BUN-K9 ?
look my ficture.
1) my ASA 5520 information
2) CISCO DATA SHEET
i'm confused that is it ASA 5520-k8 or ASA 5520-BUN-k9 maybe ASA 5520 ???
i think this is just ASA 5520.
so i'm confused.
i want exactly what is product name.
more additionlly, how can i know name about product in the future more other product.
naturally, i'll give a start point! thank you :)

Hi there! Your ASA model is 5520. The K8 vs K9 is the type of software that the device has been imaged/licensed with.

As Neno correctly notes, one is the hardware model and the other bits are the software image etc.
When we order Cisco equipment, the are different stock keeping units (SKUs) that we use to specify certain options and such things in order to customize and fulfill the order for the customer.
For instance, the newer bundle types may include the FirePOWER image already on the internal disk. By using a bundle ("BUN") SKU, the person making the order will be prompted in Cisco's ordering system to choose from the available licenses for that module.
