There's no access-group command applied on dmz so you should be able to reach any dmz_server from inside based on security-levels defaults on ASA.

Now you should check:
- default GW on DMZ_server is 192.168.100.1
- firewall on the DMZ_server to be OFF

If both are ok, next step is to create a capture on both inside and dmz interface and post the output here.

Hi

I do the access group and nothing changed. Not only the DMZ servers i can't ping the ASA connectivity ip facing the Dmz  from the core switch and also from the Dmz switch the ASA connectivity ip facing the core switch.
Dmz-------ASA----Core

show arp tells you if this is a L2 issue.

If show arp provides the right output, then I would run a capture on the trouble ASA interface.
