Hi Folks,
I have a pair of ASA 5545-X. When I check the license details, it shows Failover-Active/Active.

Yes. Active-Active is only a possibility when using multiple contexts. The license details show the "highest" available capability of a given feature.
No separate license is required for failover of either type - it is included in the base license for all ASA 5545-X's.

Just a quick note to add in addition to what Marvin already said: If you are planning on using FirePOWER services, then you will have to license both the active and the standby unit.
