On ASA 8.0.4 using the Phone Proxy feature, can the media-termination address be NAT'd on the inside? If so how? The address does not exist on any interfaces so that is why I ask.
Thanks,

From reading the documentation for ASA 8.2, it sounds like I need to upgrade.
ASA 8.2 gives the option to create one MTA instance with an IP on multiple interfaces. This should solve my problem.

That is correct.
Per interface MTA is your solution, introduced in 8.2.1.

Chase?
Yes, that is correct. I hope you have the link.
You can see sample config here. You not longer need a route on the inside router to come this ASA's inside interface for the MTA address.

Per-Interface-MTA: (New feature in 8.2)
PhoneProxyASA(config)# media-termination mymta
PhoneProxyASA(config-media-termination)# address 14.36.107.91 interface outside
PhoneProxyASA(config-media-termination)# address 172.18.124.220 interface inside
