Hi,

Is there a command to view the configured aaa-server tacacs key? I appreciate why it's starred out in the config but when trying to troubleshoot aaa and tacacs issues checking the correct key is present is one of the easiest measures.

Thanks.

Paul.

Ahh, didn't know you are running ASA in multiple context mode.

I believe "more system:runn" would show you the password

Found you have to be in system and issue more disk0://whatevercontext.cfg. This then displays the the key.

Thanks for your help.

Yeah, sorry. Thought it might have been a generc command across the whole range.

Sorted now, thanks.
