No changes have been made. the problem occurred following an electic interruption.and therefore it does not allow me to enter in normal mode or rommon mode.
Looks like the ASA stop working after the outage..
Do you have any contract in order to perform an RMA, the thing is that without being able to access the device there is no such a thing we can do.
