ASA CDP/LLDP support

Guys,

can someone please tell me the latest status with regard to CDP / LLDP support on ASA firewalls ? Still the legacy excuse "...a security device hence not supporting....blahblahblah" or is there any progress ?

Not that aware of it support as on 9.X

The Pix/ASA (or even Firepower Threat Defense) devices never have supported CDP or LLDP and most likely never will.
