I have an ASA5520 and am considering what I do when I start to reach capacity on the box.
I have been told to look at clustering ASA's together, but all of the information I can find seems to refer only to additional VPN connections when using a clustered platform.
Does ASA clustering give me additional overall throughput and ports for non-VPN use, as well as increasing VPN sessions ? If so, how much would I gain by adding a second ASA5520 to my original one in a cluster - what would the increase in throughput and ports available be ?
