ASA failover standby firewall lost connectivity sometimes

hi Everyone,

       I had deployed two ASA5520 as active/standby HA mode. The standby firewall sometimes lost connected from the Monitor server.At that moment,  I can't access it via icmp and asdm. But it can be reachable again  a  few minutes later. I have no idea about it .

        Do you know how deal with the  issue?

Hi,

In this scenario , I think we need to make sure if this traffic is even reaching the ASA device Standby Interface or not ?

I think we might need to verify the issue by using a capture on the ASA standby device interface and see the issue.

Also , at the time of issue , collect the show tech from the Standby Unit , ping from the Standby unit to the Client IP etc.
