Q1: Please advise that is it wise able at this time to upgrade from our current version of ASA IOS 8.4(3) to new ASA IOS 9.1.1, as its quite newly released IOS version, might have bugs?
If there are features that you are interested in, then It's a good idea to upgrade. New Bugs? For sure! Still stable? I thinks so.
