ASDM strange behavior adding vpn client profile

Hi guys

thanks for an awesome resource!

I have a challenge with ASDM v7.9.1.151 (ASA 9.4.6.5) when adding vpn client profiles. 

As you can see below when typing in profile name profile location is automatically filled in with the wrong file extention.

After, having corrected the extention, it complains when I click apply the in the dialog.

In the process i've seen a couple of different errors. 

So far we've seen this on just the one box - have you guys seen this?

I'm using 7.9(1) without the 151 patch and that feature works fine e.g., the dialog box automatically appends .xml to the profile's file name.

Perhaps it's a new bug.

I run the latest Java 1.8 (since I found 1.9 broke ASDM altogether).

Currently that's 1.8.0_162-b12.
