Blocking Torrent traffic using Cisco ASA 5505 firewall

We would like to block torrent traffic inside our LAN so that no one would be able to download torrent files. We have Cisco ASA 5505 as our firewall. Is it possible to block torrent traffic using Cisco ASA 5505? If so, what should the configuration be like?
