Can the ASA 5506-X act as an RAVPN server while still using site to site VPN?

Just like the question says above.  I suspect it can, but just looking for confirmation.  I couldn't find anything that specifically answered this question so a link to documentation stating so would be most appreciated as well.

You need to use a dynamic crypto map and that should work.

Yes absolutely. It's a very common use case.

A long as you have the older ASA software on it, and you have not installed the newer FTD. So far, FTD does not support remote access VPNs at all, however this is slated to change "real soon now", with an updated version of the FTD.
