changes are not saved after write mem

Hi all,

This may be a simple question, when I make changes to the config of my ASA 5505 and write mem (or use the ASDM to save running config to flash) the changes are not being saved.

Is this going to be a problem with the Flash Memory on the device?

I have successfully saved config on this device in the past, which is why I am thinking it might be a problem with the flash memory.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you get any error message when you try to write memory, can you provide that??

Can you provide an output of "show memory detail"
