Could you please help me to find cli comands to do it ?

I need to do upgrade because ASDM not working with error:

It's not supported by Cisco nor recommended but it can be done. You can see this blog post with instructions:

https://ciscoskills.net/2017/07/12/update-firepower-devices-manually/

More importantly you should fix the ASDM access first. If it's not working now you might make things worse by upgrading without performing the recommended Upgrade Readiness Test.

Thank you for answer, could you please help me find out where could be a problem with ASDM access ?

When I disable firepower, it is working properly but when I enable firepower, ASDM not working.

Version of ASA is : 9.5.1

ASDM 7.9.2

SFR 6.0.0-1005

Thank you very much

How are you doing "disable Firepower"?

What symptom do you get when ASDM isn't working? Can you share a screen shot?

Hello,

disable mean unplug management port from cisco asa

Thanks

Perhaps you have it misconfigured to use a duplicate IP address.

Please provide output from the following ASA cli commands:

show ip address

show module sfr detail

I guess IP config should be correct.

here it is.

Hello, I find out that problem is in win10, which I´m using.

I testet it on win 7 and everything working properly.

I have already tried to change java 1.8.151 but it was same.

Thanks

ASDM looks for an installation of the 32-bit Java version. If all you have is 64-bit it can fail to open properly.

In any case, you can upgrade from ASDM now.

Hello, I´m using 32-bit version, so it will be different issue, do you have any other idea ?

Thank you
