HI,

Within ASDM:

Configuration > Device Management > Users/AAA > User Accounts

Please make sure your user account has Privilege Level 15.

Log out and log back in after you have made these changes.

Alternatively, you may create an admin account with Privilege Level 15
and attempt access with it.

Thanks,
Ishan

Hi,

I have my cisco asa 5506-x with ASA version 9.6.1 and ADSM 7.6.1. But i can't launch sfr in ADSM launcher. My sfr was already configure at last January 10.2018 with ip address and use Lan ip as gateway ip for it and it was work at this time. I see the sfr is up in ASA global configuration mode using this command "show module sfr detail". My Java verson is also latest JRE 8u-181 version. But i can't see FirePower Configuration tab in my ASDM launcher. I already use user name and password with Privilege level 15 also. My sfr version is sfr 5.4.1-211. Please kindly help to me.
