I have a config in Voip
I want people outside can pass on my gataway by public IP address 41.190.XXX.XX
but when i configure my local ip 192.168.1.XXX the local call goes on but the voice is not good can you please help me

you will need to configure NAT from your poublic IP address to your local gateway ip address, if this is sip forward on port 5060 and 5061. and turn on sip inspection to allow rtp to your inside segment as well.

also add an acl to allow 5060 and 5061
