Our CSC module stops working and gives messages such as "ScanServer service has recently stopped on InterScan for CSC SSM". Is it because our base and plus license expired? But we are still in the 30days grace period. Can anyone confirms that?
Is there way to make it works for another few days until we get the correct license?
Thanks.

Can you please re-image the module and then upgrade to 6.6.1125.0

You might be running into this, if you are running CSC 6.3.1172.4
It is resolved in 6.6.1125.0 now.

Hope that helps.
