I have a problem with my ASDM when trying to connect with my ASA 5585.

Sometime this ERROR is sometimes timed out and another time is unable to read the configuration.

This problem started in last week. I have two similar ASA, but the ERRO is only in one.

I did the java update and downgrade and error to be continue

I suggest that your first step is to upgrade the ASDM version, as the supported version for 9.3(1) is 7.1(4) or higher.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/compatibility/asamatrx.html#id_59421

After doing this, test and let us know the result.
