I want to bundle two interfaces together. I configured Etherchannel on ASA. User the following procedure to configure it on VMware:

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&externalId=1001938

My interface does not come up. Is this the only way to bundle two interfaces as one and directly connect it to a VMware server? Here is my show int and configuration:

I checked the support page, and did not find any sample configurations. Can anyone provide a sample?
