Feature Request: Traffic Shaping on ASA Subinterface

Quick note on a feature request that we would love to see...   That is the ability to define traffic shaping policies on a subinterface.   Currently this is only permitted on a physical interface.

Thoughts?

I would normally agree, but in this case, the ASA is connected to a trunk port on the switch and the VLANs are being defined by a cluster of VMware ESXi boxes.   As a result, there are no virtual interfaces on the switch itself as it is just a "man in the middle".
