FWSM packet capture

Hi All,

I am trying to implement a packet capture of the type "asp-drop" on a FWSM context but for some reason the FWSM is not accepting it.

Below I have mentioned the command I am trying the error the FWSM is throwing at me.

CUSTOMER-F1# capture TEST type asp-drop all

ERROR: Another capture associated with this drop.

I have no other packet captures configured on my FWSM context

CUSTOMER-F1# sh capture

CUSTOMER-F1#

Any ideas please?

I would suggest opening a TAC case to have this investigated.

You are trying that in priv exec---you need to be in global config. Also, don't forget logging (deb at buffer/syslog server) and debugging (if applicable), as well as an acl. You can also

FWSM#clear capture

or

clear capture TEST

Oh yeah...

FWSM#clear asp-drop

then try your capture in global config

or you can also do a sh asp-drop
