How to upgrade ASA 8.2 config file to 8.6 (not the HW)

I have a customer with 2 running 5520's version 8.2

(and configs several thousands of lines long)

(we're not in a position to upgrade these)

The customer has bought 2 new 5525-X with version 8.6

(and this can't be downgraded to 8.2)

How do I get the 8.2 configuration on to the 5525-X without starting from scratch with regards to NAT and real IP ?

It seems to me that there has to exist some conversion tool for the configuration file.

(if I had an unlimited amount of time I would sit down and create some script which would be able to do this,

but unfortunately the customer is not willing to pay for this)

In the hope of a quick answer :-)

Short of introducing a 3rd piece of hardware which is not in production and which can run both 8.2 and 8.6, I'm not sure what you can do automatically. The NAT architecture is different enough as of 8.4 that I prefered to start from scratch when I did an 8.2 -> 9.0 migration last year.  I had the luxury of a test lab, however, so I was able to use an auto-upgraded configuration for guidance, even though very little of it survived into my production deployment.
