may be Cisco WSA can do that?

I'm not as familiar with WSA as I am with the ASA but I'm pretty sure it cannot do this either.
I looked through the latest version of the WSA User Guide and found no reference to such a capability.
The only Cisco product that I know could do something like this would be if you were using an ACE (or even older CSS) as a application delivery controller (aka load balancer). In that case, it can be configured to insert cookies and header values.
