Hi all,
it looks like, our customer is having some issues related to ASA Flash. as per device info, there are 256MB on the flash (Total : 260,034,560 and Available 40,960bytes) however if he try to upload a file via Import AnyConnect Customization Object he is faced with the following error.
Error while reading specified file.
Entry file.pdf cannot be imported.
it clearly looks like flash having some issues. even if client upload all the files (including the ones which are already in there) it would be 137MB. so no way this is hitting 256MB marker.
I was thinking whether to fsck the disk and see if this helps.
are there any other solutions you might and would like to share?
with kind regards,
Lancellot

Hi Neno,
that is something I cannot share with you. unfortunately its a breach of privacy (based on company policy).
hope you understand.
I guess last option would be escalating this issue to TAC.
thanks anyway
