What is the best way to move the configuration from ASA5506 to ASA5508 (when we firstly update to the last and same software on both devices)?

I'd try a backup from ASDM for the ASA 5506-X and then restore to the ASA-5508-X. Be sure to include the certificates, Anyconnect images etc.
