Dear All,

Is there any possibility to don't use 0 number in Line Vty and in same time  can we use other line vty numbers like (123....) ? if no, what is the reason?

Hi

You can stop access to vty 0 if you want like below should prevent 0 being used as there is no transport mechanism specified allowed or you use rotary if your device supports that and that allows specific access only in certain lines specified as rotary under the vty and then set the other lines as using telnet or ssh

line vty 0

transport input none

line vty 1 4

transport input ssh
