PC's Connectivity which is conneted to IP phones

Hi Guys,

 

We have Alcatel Lucent phones connected to cisco switch 2960x. Yesterday, we got a strange issue that all PC lost connectivity which connected via IP phone ( which were working fine) . We did reboot the IP phones manually,  and get back connectivity to PCs. What would be the actual reasons behind this issue ?

anything in the log of the switch? anything in the log of the phones?
