I was trying to configure ASA with identity options, with the objective of use username as the source in our access-rules.
First we've tried to use Cisco Context Directory Agent - CDA, but had figured out that this appliance doens't had any update since 2014, and the last version is only supported in vSphere 5.0, and vSphere 5.0 is no more supported by VMware.
So, to have a environment fully supported, we looked for other options.
We have a ACS and a CSM installed. The CSM got configured to read the AD users, and rule using username as the source has been created, but it's not working.
