Make sure you have correct ACL to allow Ping, or post the configuration to review.

Do you created a RULE on your firewall allowing the traffic?

Re: Unable to ping internal host after configuring remote vpn on ASA

There are a few things that can cause this loss of connectivity including incorrect crypto ACL configuration, missing or incorrect configured identity NAT, and routing issues within your network.  Without seeing your configuration it is difficult to tell if any of these are the issue.
