Note: Can use links from the Cisco Community Help Page for some general FAQs and best practices, but keep most content here specific to the CX Cloud Idea Exchange. Avoid duplication and always defer to Cisco Community Guidelines.
· What is the purpose of the CX Cloud Idea Exchange?
o The CX Cloud Idea Exchange is your portal to share ideas on how to improve CX Cloud for everyone. You play a critical role in shaping the future of CX Cloud, so we want to hear from you. You can post your own original ideas, vote on ideas, and comment on others’ ideas. You can learn more about Cisco Community as a whole here.
· Why should I submit an idea?
o Ownership over that idea that might just become a product feature one day.
o Being able to watch for updates about your idea (upvotes, questions, if it gets moved to a further stage).
o Answer questions, further clarify, or elaborate on ideas in collaboration with others who read/interact with/comment on your idea.
· What do I need to know before posting an idea?
o Make sure your idea meets all requirements:
§ Check if there’s already an existing idea. You can always upvote or comment on someone else’s idea to show support or add your input.
§ The idea is not merely a bug or defect. If a feature in CX Cloud has a bug and is not working as usual, please do not submit an idea to this portal. Please open a support case instead by going to the Help Menu in CX Cloud and clicking “CX Cloud Support.”
§ One change request per idea submission.
§ Ideas must be submitted in English.
o What makes a good idea?
§ Clear and unique (yet concise) title that distinguishes it from others with similar themes.
§ Selecting a correct category to associate the idea with the proper product or department.
§ Details about the feature idea. The more detailed your feature request is, the better! § Explain why this idea is important to your organization.
