ACS 3.3 Migration

Hi All,  What is the best approach to migrate from ACS 3.3 to ISE ? does it make sense to migrate ACS 3.3 -> ACS 4.x and then to ACS 5.x  and then to to ISE ?

Would it be better to do a new ISE installation and re-configure all the acs policies in ISE ?

Thanks in advance Giovanni

Hi,

I would prefer to go for fresh installation without using ACS Migration tool, i used it once and i did not find it useful.

I also agree with the fresh install. The migrate tool didn't work well for us and instead it took us double the amount of time to do the migrations, a new fresh would have been much better, but eh, sometimes you need to learn the hard way. ;)

Good luck!

I agree with ma.alsaffar to go for a fresh ISE and reconfigure the policies and elements from scratch.
