I have an ISE 3315 and I want to update it to version 1.4 but I want to do it from a USB, I found this guide.
http://www.ciscozine.com/install-cisco-ise-usb-cimc/
But it does not come that word I must replace for the 3315 appliance.
Does anyone know what word should I replace ???
Also choose to do it through CIMC but I do not know if the 3315 appliance has this function, the appliance 3315 has the function 3315 ???
And also try to change the boot options and I do not see any option for USB, how can I boot from the USB ???
Solved! Go to Solution.

That guide you linked to is done for ISE 2.2 so would not apply to ISE 1.4.
If you want to try USB, then see Create a Bootable USB Drive.
ISE 3315 is IBM 3250M2 but not based on UCS so it does not support CIMC. You might be able to use other KVM solution for mounting an ISO file.
