can cisco ise notify administrator by mail or SMS if critical event occur ?

Hello,

I know that ISE can integrate with SMS and SMTP to send guest info, beside that can ISE send alerts by mail or SMS if too many incidents happen or AD fails, please state all possible methods.

Alarms can be sent via email only
